Roofing of the New Apartment Building in Rajhrad

Content of this bachelor’s thesis is solving of technological stage of roofing of the new apartment building in Rajhrad. Roof is designed as a cold mono-pitched roof consists of metal plate-connected timber truss. Detailed procedure of assembly of the bearing timber structure and the roof sheathing is provided in specifications. Control and test plans, budget and schedule are elaborated for stage of the building roofing. The bachelor’s thesis contains technical report of the building, suggested construction site installations, proposal of suitable machines and mechanisms required for the given stage, further it solves wider relations of transport lines to construction site and occupational safety and health.
Apartment building

The subject of bachelor thesis, is a design of new apartment building in range of Construction Object – Apartment building and elaboration of the desing documentation for construction. The buildign is placed in eastern edge in Brno in the district Brno - Líšeň, on a sloping terrain. Apartment building is designed with four floors and underground floor with technical background. The apartment building contains eight apartments, on each floor two apartments. On the top floor are designed two apartments with terrace. There is established a wheelchair access to the building. In the building is desinged a elevator. Construciton of vertical supporting are made of ceramic block Porotherm. The vertical strucutres are made of reinforced concrete cast-in-place ceiling. Roofing is designed as double skin flat roof. The building is based on concrete foundation strips. Nearby the Apartment building is placed a carpark with sufficient parking places. The apartment building is designed as nearly zero-energy building. That has been achieved by heat recovery system on ventilation system and parameters of building envelope.
Polyfunctional Building

This diploma thesis (A POLYFUNCTIONAL BUILDING) was prepared at the level of a project documentation. The theme of this diploma thesis is a project of the polyfunctional building with offices, tenis club and coffe room. The projected building should be located in the city Jemnice. The house is designed as the FIVE-floor building, with partial basement. The house is built of brick blocks POROTHERM, in basement od concrete blocks. The ceilings of the house are made out of fundamentals roofs Miako. The partitions are combination of brick systems POROTHERM and Rigips plasterboard partitions. The roof is flat double-coated Fatrafol foil.
Sports club

The master´s thesis subject is a sports club, which has a partial basement standing on a slightly sloping area with a basement and three floors. Roofing is solved over one part of a single-layered flat roof above the other parts of the wooden rafter in the form of double-layer roofs. The sports club is a restaurant, sports facilities and in the 2 and 3 floor are rooms for guests. The facade is designed contact system ETICS. External object dimensions 47.96 x 49.78 m The building is a parking lot, which leads driveway. Fundamentals are formed foundation passports, which are made of concrete C20/25. Perimeter load-bearing walls tl.400mm basement is constructed of concrete formwork system with the BTB B410 horizontal reinforcement and interior bearing walls tl.250mm basement are made of ceramic bricks POROTHERM. All perimeter bearing walls and floors tl.300mm 400 mm are designed ceramic block POROTHERM, internal bearing walls tl.250mm and 300mm are made of ceramic bricks POROTHERM. Partitions tl.100mm and 150 will be made also of ceramic bricks POROTHERM. The horizontal soffit is solved from the ceiling panels prestressed girder system and SPIROLL POROTHERM. The staircase is made concrete slab.
Family house

Bachelor thesis solves a design of a house in the village Čechočovice district Třebíč. The house is located on plot No. 1101/4 in the cadastral Čechočovice. The land is gently sloping and its area is 1071,03 m2. Ground-plan of the building is shape L, the exterior dimensions are 19,25 m x 13,00 m. House has two floors with a partial basement. Roofing is solved over ground floor a single-layered flat roof, walkable flat roof above the first floor double-layer flat. House is designed as a classical brick technology of heat-insulating ceramic fittings Heluz Family 2v1 with polystyrene foam inside the cavities and is based on concrete strips. The building is designed for four-to five member family.
A Municipal Apartment Building

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a new building of a four-storey non-blocked apartment building in Jeseník nad Odrou. The apartment building consists of five residential units with a garage and common rooms. The whole object is then covered with a cold roof. The main entrance to the building is located on the northeast side of the building at the 1st floor level. The main living rooms are oriented on energy-efficient sides. The vertical constructions are made mainly of Porotherm ceramic system components. Ceiling structures are designed as prefamily filigree. Stairs are monolithic reinforced concrete. The project was processed using the AutoCAD software.
Kindergarten

This diploma thesis is focused on the design of a kindergarten and the processing of the design documentation for construction. The kindergarten is located on a large plot in a town Ostrava, an interface of boroughs Poruba and Třebovice. This object is free-standing with a partial basement. The building is divided into three functional objects – two single-storey parts and one double-storey part. There are two classes for the smallest children and a kitchen with a school canteen on the first floor. On the second above-ground floor there is a class for twenty-four children in early childhood. A class for pre-primary education and a principal’s office are also included. Vertical supporting structures in the above-ground floor are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm. In the basement there are reinforced concrete structures. Horizontal load-bearing structures are made of prestressed hollow core slabs Spiroll. The building is based on concrete strip foundations. Single-storey parts are roofed with a warm flat roof. The double-storey part is roofed with a cold flat roof with a timber truss girder. Close to the building there are two car parks – the first one is intended primarily for parents and teachers and the second one for personnel included cleaners and cooks.
Kindergarten

The subject of this diploma thesis is the building design and project documentation of a new kindergarten in Brno. It is a new detached building structure with two floors, designed on a flat plot no. 1510/1 in cadastre unit Brno – Komín. The building is constructed of clay masonry with contact thermal insulation, supported by strip foundations. Ceiling construction is made of prestressed hollow-core slabs. This object is roofed by a single-layer and double-layered, flat roof. This kindergarten is designed for 60 children divided into three sections. Two sections are located on the 1st floor together with food preparation and technical rooms. The third section is on the 2nd floor with headquarters and a common room. This project was developed using AutoCAD software. The focus during development was on the proposed layout design in accordance with the kindergarten’s operations.
Apartment building

The bachelor thesis deals with the project documentation for the construction of a residential building in Brno in the city district of Brno – Líšeň. The building is detached in a slightly sloping terrain in Novolíšeňská street. The residential building has four floors and a basement. In the basement are designed garage parking spaces, cellar cubicles and technical background of the building. There are a total of 21 residential units on the above-ground floors, 6 units on each floor (1+kk, 2+kk, 3+kk) and on the last floor 3 units (3+kk, 4+kk). The house is designed as barrier-free. The construction system of the apartment building is wall-based: the basement is made of a combination of monolithic walls and columns, and a brick floor made of aerated concrete blocks. Horizontal structures consist of reinforced concrete monolithic slabs with unidirectional or bi-directional reinforcement. The perimeter walls are insulated with the ETICS contact insulation system. The building is based on concrete foundation slab and roofing is made of a double skin flat roof.
